        Pay for parking which is understandable kind of. But the limitations on the spa timing for hotel guests is a joke and they are very very strict with this !! They welcome paying extra for the spa even if you were not told about timing as its YOUR duty to ask and find out. ITS A BUSINESS I was told by the manager! Ridiculous ! Apparently other hotels in the vicinity have much better customer service.

        Always come back to this spa. Although sometimes it can get really busy as it is a small place. But I still love it.

        Unfortunately it's impossible to use the hogged jacuzzi nor the sauna people sit in these spaces for ages as there's no one to oversee. Cups were littered in every space possible.

        Would definitely recommend it. Staff is nice and warm, facilities are clean and spacious. Definitely worth it for some relaxing time.
