        I needed to get help with my son who has autism. UKCIL was a really helpful support tool that affordably enabled my husband and I to find the perfect PA to come into our own home and help us look after and bring the best out of our son. We have used it a number of times this past year, at no extra cost, because of our 12-month subscription - to hire additional PAs to cover holidays. And also again we are using it to find a carer to replace our current PA who is leaving to have her first baby. We love the control we have over who works with our son.
