Do not purchase from them - Scam! I ordered a sofa, but had a phone call to say it was out of stock and they would be refunding. Weeks later and there was no refund, no communication, the phone number on my confirmation email was invalid and no-one ever answers the number from Google or responds to emails/chat. We had to go through PayPal for a refund. Save your money and buy from a reputable company!

WARNING - shop with at your own peril! Placed an order with the Home Sofa Company (Deslit & Co.) over a month ago. Payment was taken in full but sofas have not arrived. Multiple attempts to contact the seller have failed - phone lines are permanently busy, answerphone call backs not made and emails not replied to. I'm currently logging a claim with PayPal for a refund.

Absolutely terrible. Do not even bother. Delivery is way over due. The customer service is fictitious. None ever calls or emails back, should i stay at the house until they decide to arrive or go back to work?

Ordered a corner sofa and chair. Corner sofa came quickly and was put together, I was then told on the day that my chair isnt on the van, but coming a week later fast forward 2 1/2 months and I had to contact the company on a number of occasions about the chair. Was told my chair was not in stock. Then got told to call back if I didnt hear anything within 4 weeks, guess what, I didnt! So called back and was told to send the batch number, and for the inconvenience I would get a refund and cleaning kit. Chair finally arrives last week and it was the wrong colour and didnt get the cleaning kit. Company said they would be calling me and still have no call, and no refund! Quick enough to take money from you, but wont sort out things they have messed up on! Very dissatisfied and wouldnt recommend!
