Very Rude customer service- website no updated misleading prices and misleading advertisement . Waste of Time. Do not bother even phoning up and asking will get a very guilt trip answer and very rude response.

I sent a review yesterday and surprise its been deleted. It was about the manager SHaran and her lack of honesty, knowledge, customer service. And the fact that shes got her family to put positive reviews. Zero stars all the way. She is very dishonest person and her business.

I had laser from this clinic ( 8 sessions).The treatment didnt work , wasted my money and ended up leaving burn marks on my face which even a year later havent faded!! The prices are inconsistent and expensive.

The staff member Justine who started of my treatment did it all wrong, after that it all went downhill. I paid hundreds of pounds for a service which I did not receive. I kept being passed on from one branch to another & did not get the treatments i paid for. I received a phone call today from the Business Holder; she refused to give me her name. I tried to explain what has happened; she was remarkably rude & refused to listen, did not even try to resolve the issue. Just to make matters worse, she threatened me saying shes going to send bailiffs to my property. Clearly this person has no manners.,Very unprofessional. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They thief your money and not give you what you have paid for.

TOO EXPENSIVE and the treatment doesn't show any improvements on the skin at all. I have wasted my money. I have paid 400 for 4 Treatments ( Microneedling ) but I only did 3 times. They said its usually 500 for 4 treatments but it's now on discounted to 400. It didn't make any improvements to the PORES or PIGMENTATION. Waste of MONEY.
