Comfortable enough for a couple, and in an ideal location on Kelham Island just outside the city centre. All very good.

Terrible experience. Key collection is far from property. Filthy carpets outside of flat (thankfully none in flat). Had issues with checking in online due to website. Support was based abroad. Alarm sounding all night downstairs. Water was cut to flat for half my stay and response was too bad - Basically told tough luck. Avoid staying with this company because the will not be there for you if something goes wrong

The apartment is clean and tidy, I have stayed here a few times now but have been consistently woken up at 5.15 am with loud music as well as an unusual pinging sound. If you are looking for a good lie in this is not the place to stay. Luckily Im usually up at this time so not really a problem but if you like sleep I do not recommended this place.

Dont book with them. They didnt send me any details to access the building and now are refusing to refund me 234 for an apartment I didnt even stay in. Incompetent staff who clearly dont know to do theyre jobs. Every person I spoke to seemed like theyd had a lobotomy. Computer says no idiots.

While the general out look is presented well. There were quite a few faults to pick out from the general wear and tear and its location above gym. Wear and tear should be addressed before letting out the flats. Cons Noise every morning at 5am from the gym below (Flat 2) The bed had a bow, although the bedroom was well presented and had enough beddings and daylight. Scuffs all over the flat and soft furniture - one can get paranoid as to what blame can be placed on you even after taking 1000s of pics. Front door didnt open freely Late check in (4pm) and early check out (10:30am) Didnt feel like I got my moneys worth of stay. Pros Well presented with good facilities although it was missing a bin.
