        This place is a waste of time and a rip off. Firstly worker was sitting outside shop well before closing time and the young worker has an awful attitude and kept kissing his teeth. Charged me for no reason without fixing my key. Do not use them. Very bad experience.

        Mondays are the only day to go. The old guy is in and knows everything, can do everything and nothing is to much trouble. I have been in a few times and found the young guy hopeless. "Don't do that" "Cannot do that" "don't know" is all you get out of him while he sits on his backside in an empty shop. Engraving, cobbling, car key battery, even helping to find the correct length laces is to much for him. He just recommends you come back on Monday when the old guy is in.
