Not too sure of names but the young man with curly hair is great and removed some links from my watch fast and for 5. However after visiting again to get links out the guy with dirty teeth and dirty bitten nails tried to over charge me at 9.95 for the exact same service. He then proceded to charge me 5 as I had caught him ripping me off . Great place but beware of that guy :)

I want to say thank you to Charlie at Timpsons Minworth for taking such great care and pride engraving a Leatherman gift for my partner. He treated it as if it was his own and really took his time to make sure it was perfect before starting the engraving. He explained how it might not be perfect due to the shape of the knife and I accepted that risk. It worked perfectly though and I know my partner will love his Christmas present when he opens it. I also noted while I was there how impatient other customers can be. I'm glad Charlie wasn't phased by that and continued to work professionally on my item. Thank you so much. Jen
