Rude member of staff on shift at the end of today. Needs retraining. Almost wanted a car key copied but decided not to based on her manners.

Terrible service attitude. Just need belt punching, I understand my belts hole requirement may cannot be completed. But the staff just throw the tool and pen away and said she can not do it. if u cant do it. Just say it with nice attitude.

Sadly, a key that was cut failed. A premium price of 9 for a basic Yale key is a 300% markup on the average key cutting price. Further time and travel expense required to request a refund. My friend also complained that she had to return twice because of poorly cut keys. Staff training is required.

Came in to get 5 different keys cut - front, entry, post box and others . You guy who said he was new to the business. All 5 keys worked so v happy to recommend.
