        Very poor service. I needed a new case for my car key it ended up being broken with the connection's inside the fob. Had to call a key service which cost me 144 to be told that Timpsons had broken the connection. I would not recommend these if you need a new car key cut. I paid 50 for the case. I would like to know how I can get my money back.

        Very helpful and professional, changed the battery in my watch. Cut the keys that I needed doing. Told me were to go to electronic door tag copy from.

        New heels on boots were rock hard plastic I fell over twice, I had them replaced again at an independent shop. They also closed for an hour on sat when I went to collect. DO NOT USE !

        Great..efficient but sooooo expensive. Unfortunately the key didn't work and original key was away with owner so had no choice but to bust door lock and fit new lock with keys! I took the busted lock with receipt for key cutting back to timpsons and they refunded me the 8 that I paid. It wasn't an ideal situation BUT it was service with a smile and they apologised perfusily. Things like this happen I guess BUT ..... Luckily for Princess GG....... " I have a wonderful Knight In shining tin foil who rescued us damsels from being locked in weoley Castle! " lol ...
