        I've lived here for one year now and the staff are very helpful the new lady in the office is very nice, she's both friendly and professional, you always get a nice kind voice and a nice smile too, kay at head office is very good too and exceptionally good at her job, she has a good telephone manner and also a sense of humour, she's one of us really, lo
