        I phoned for a price to service my sewing machine. Gave Model number and said there was nothing wrong it hadn't stopped or broken. I just wanted a service. They wouldn't give a price said they had to examine the machine first. I didn't like that. When you take a car for a test/mot there is a set price...if they find anything wrong they tell you that they found something that needs attending to and they give a price for that fault. The same with teeth a check up has a price if they find a bad tooth you get charged. So I personally went elsewhere. I'm not saying that their work is inferior I don't know I didn't use them I don't like open ended cost.

        Whoever answered the phone had no interest in helping me,was very off-hand and left me feeling annoyed and looking for someone else to give my business to ..would not recommend this rude person
