Ordered items from Frank Nutt and each time they arrived the next day, furthermore, the staff are polite and exceedingly helpful and patient. I am so pleased I found this company, their knowledge and advice is excellent and the orders are dealt with immediately. I would recommend Frank Nutt Sewing Machines you would not go far wrong with this company whether you are a beginner or a professional.

Truly excellent customer service Ive just bought my second Bernina sewing machines from Frank, one in person and one on the phone. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly and were able to answer all my technical questions. Without any hard sell I placed my order on the Friday and my new machine was delivered by courier on Monday morning. Ive had excellent customer service and would 100% recommend Franke Nutt sewing machines to anyone.

Second machine I have bought from Frank Nutt, the first a new babylock overlocker - fantastic. This time a second hand demo Bernina B 330 - its amazing, runs faultlessly. Delivered overnight and on time. A fantastic shop.

AVOID! I purchased a brother VR machine for well over 3,000 only to be met with constant issues on frank nutts behalf. Almost 2 weeks after my purchase they did not even bother to arrange shipment, ignored my emails and phone calls, when they finally did answer I got so sick of waiting for them to sort a simple job that I had to go out of my own way to collect this machine, to my surprise and shock was faulty, it did not stitch properly and was wondering completely away from the pattern. I sent them an email stating the issue and they mentioned a firmware issue which did not help. I emailed them again almost a week ago and they have continued to ignore me and provide no help. Considering Im under warranty with them they clearly dont want to pay or provide any help and have left me in the dark. I have had to again go out of my own way and pay an alternative company to fix this machine which is frank nutts job! AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL ONLY IGNORE YOU ONCE THEY'VE GOT YOUR MONEY. Appalling and disgusting company.
