    I have been trying to contact seven living for over a month in regards to 2 properties which I was interested in. Its disheartening that I struggle to contact this agency. Ive rang almost every other day and was the first in line to have a viewing allegedly and was promised by a worker that I would be the first to be notified as soon as the New Eton House for 1050 pcm becomes available for viewing and after a long while of back and forth on an updates, a staff member tells me that the viewings for both properties are fully booked out. I am very upset and disappointed with this agency. This is very unprofessional. I have even called today at 5pm and it says the office is now closed when online it says that office closes at 5:30pm. Please change your agency attitude towards people who are interested in the properties which are being advertised online. Im extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

    I am a returning client however this I am a returning client however this stay has been an absolute nightmare. I arrived 23rd to find blood, urine, feces on & around the toilet. It was not fit for use. Contacted them immediately & was advised that the cleaning team would come the next day to clean the toilet & to replace the seat. Unfortunately this took them over 30 hours to get the toilet cleaned & then the cleaners refused to replace the seat but instead applied pure bleach on the seat to make it look white! Bleach guidelines state that any skin contact should be avoided as can cause burning. I was contacted on Monday 27th where is was agreed that then toilet was unusable & they would replace seat..Today 1st March I am still waiting for this to happen. Not mention the TV didnt work, they left dirty laundry in the apartment. I am having had to go to the local shopping mall every time I need to use the facilities.They have refused to supply me with there complaints procedure. My only cause of action now is to apply for a chargeback as I paid for an apartment with a working kitchen, bathroom & TV. I have received 1 out of 3 things this property advertised. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME regarding the check-in procedure, or anything about the keys handling Seven Living seems to ignore you after your payment, and they will suddenly disappear. PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP THANKS
