Awful just awful, some times I just wonder why places like this get 5 stars. We came to stay in the UK and chose this specific hotel from booking.com we noticed that it had a 5 star rating and so we said this is the one, we booked the hotel via booking.com and everything was moving smoothly until we get a call from the supervisors 1 DAY BEFORE REACHING THE HOTEL that we have to cancel the booking and book the hotel from them directly or they will cancel the booking and mind you we were BOARDING THE PLANE, we said alright lets book it. So we reached the hotel and the second we enter, it turns out the thermostat was not working... me and my family spent 3 DAYS suffering from the cold mind you the water was also cold meaning it was hard to wash our hands (my kids got a cold too!). The supervisor told us that she would give us 300 pounds as a way to compensate for the hell we just suffered, and yet after 7 days she kicked us with our kids out??!?!?!? without the 300 pounds, I WOULD NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE in ANY circumstance. Plus the hotel was BADLY maintained, awful customer service, bad maintenance. The worst hotel I have ever booked.
