        Just came back home after having to stay at Mint Drive for around 3 months due to work in our own flat which meant me and my friend needed temp accommodation and unfortunately ended up here. I dont even know where to start - this has got to be the worst place in Birmingham to live and Im not even exaggerating. So the management are absolutely no help and very condescending. Security let anyone and everyone in and when you have an issue nothing is done. People have no consideration for noise/ parking/ absolutely nothing. Not to mention you will not get any natural sunlight in the flat as its so closed off and all you have a view of is brick. If youre upstairs you can hear EVERYTHING. You can hear when people are going up and down and you can hear the lift. I am so relieved to be back home after staying in this awful rental for what felt like forever. Not worth the money whatsoever.
