Can provide photos as evidence Ordered from this company through Amazon. The product worked great for the first year but after this it promptly stopped working. Contacted the company who said they only cover the devices for a year. I checked the manufacturers website who said that the product has a 2 year warranty. I contacted the company again saying this, however they said it is up to me to contact the manufacturer. A simple google search proved that this was wrong and when I purchased the product it created a contract between myself and the seller and they were responsible if it broke in an unreasonable amount of time. It took multiple attempts at contacting and a report to trading standards to make any progress. Even then their response was that they only provide a one year warranty. They finally accepted that they would have this responsibility (although I am yet to receive an apology for their avoidance of their legal responsibility) and offered to send the item to the manufacturer if I returned it at my own cost, which is reasonable and should have been done in the first place. Use caution if using this company as it looks like they skirt around the law in regards to after sales. Edit: Following the response from the company I would like to acknowledge that they have at least taken the time to respond which not a lot of companies would do so thank you to them. My issue is how long it took for them to acknowledge this through email and how much effort it took me to do so, but at least now we are on the same page so thank you.
