Excellent service from Ark Alarms. Alex first asked what we wanted and then advised us on what was available to achieve the level of security we were looking for. All through the process it was clear he had a very good knowledge of what was best without any "hard sell". He supplied a full written quote that detailed all the equipment and where it would be sited. Very professional. Dean arrived on the agreed date, bright and cheerful, and preceeded to install the alarm system we had agreed on. He completed the installation by the end of the day ( with a little help from Alex in the afternoon) and left everything clean and tidy. But keep him supplied with tea & biscuits. He also explained how it all worked and set it all up to make it very easy. Had a number of quotes and found Ark to be very competitively priced. I would have no hesitation in recommending this very professional service to anyone.

We have used ARC Alarms over 20 years for all our properties. They are true professionals and we can't praise Darren and Andy, the technicians, enough. They are clean and tidy on the job, helpful, punctual and professional. Martin and Alex along with the office staff are really helpful and ready to answer any questions.
