However like I said I had completed a month/just a bit more and suddenly I noticed I did not receive a rota for the following week. All in all I have never worked for a company who can not give 2 weeks to a month shift rota, dmf gives you a week to week rota usually arriving mid week in the form of a laptop screenshot so in my case proved awkward around family living.
Following no rota and sending messages to the numbers I had including one of their top boys its been nearly 3 weeks now with no response or even a p45 if necessary but for the record I did nothing wrong so I will it down to negligence and unprofessionalism with regards to this review I will leave that there and see if someone actually will give me an reply as Im sure reviews are precious however so is the truth.
