I have an SME and contacted Kenton Instore at the start of September regarding FSDU's for an Autumn / Winter campaign with our UK retail partners. Their Sales Director Adam Hughes was initially very communicative but when it became apparent the order was not going to be delivered within the timeline we agreed his attitude changed. Instead of being upfront and providing us with accurate information he continue to promise false deadlines and even started lying to us insisting our job was in production before then stopping to take our calls / reply to emails. Whilst conscious that we were a new and small account and trying to be accommodating towards Adam in this regard, the same decency was not returned and Adam acted in how on self interest throughout severely impacting our AW campaign. I am writing this review so that if you are considering doing business with Kenton Instore you are aware of the business culture and leadership style that exists at the company and I would strongly encourage you to ensure you do your due diligence and avoid any kind of vendor lock / down payments before goods are delivered. Kind regards, Fergie Miller
