When i tried to contact them on many of occasions, i find im spoken down to as if im one of the pupils ,i will not tolerate being spoken to in this manner, i find it unprofessional and very condesending.
And dont get me started on their bullying policy, my daughter was bullied to the point of despair , which led to me having to yet again visit the school only to be told , i needed to be more stern with my already traumatised daughter,
Staff need training in attitude and approach.
