If I could give them zero stars, I would. Called their 'Customer Service ' team regarding damage sustained to my car by one of the roads they'd been contracted to resurface locally. Agent told me "these things wouldn't happen if people obeyed the speed limit signs". I was doing 15mph in a 20mph zone! This was said to me by the agent even BEFORE the claim had been investigated. This is what you are up against. Absolute shower.

Would give this Company 0 stars. Recent road resurfacing job done in residential street left me with damaged driveway, fence and street sign. After reporting the damage the day the works were completed I was left angered by their so called customer care rep Lisa who more or less told me she didn't believe my claim and would need to speak with the team. I emailed photographic evidence of before and after damage and was promised a call back 2 weeks ago which I am still waiting on and despite emailing the customercare team have had absolutely no response. Bunch of absolute COWBOYS in my opinion with zero Aftercare service despite what their website claims. Resurfacing is of poor quality and we still have excess topcoat lying on the roads. Oh and just to add they tarred over a manhole cover too which I've reported to the local council. Joke!
