awful, ordered at 3 am and came at 5am. pizza was burnt, cold and inedible. disgraceful service, called over 10 times yet they let the phone ring through or completely cut us off!!!!

I've used them for a while due to high quality food, but the last few times they've delivered things that are incorrect from my order, including today. Also today their delivery driver was so busy (or lacking in understanding of customer service standards) he would not get out of his vehicle to come to my door until I opened the door first (making me wait in the cold for him) even though he had already called me 30 seconds beforehand to confirm I am ready to answer my door. I answered the call, that should bring him to the door, I should not have to open the door and stand waiting for him to get out his car. When he came to the door and I challenged him on not getting out of his car to deliver my order. His response was to be annoyed and tell me I was making him late for his next order. If you get out your car and go to the door, after people answer the call, you'd prob not be so late for all your orders eh.
