        Took 3 hours to arrive. They didn't answer the phone, even after multiple attempts. Had to return dessert. Horrendous

        Order was placed, I never received it even though I paid by card. I had to contact them for a refund the next day at 5PM. They could have just cancelled the order

        I ordered a terry chocolate orange cookie dough and the present waffle their so tastygot the right taste. Good customer service and their always on time so very good time keeping skills . Good job

        The milkshakes were nice and tasty but the chocolate concrete and cornflake tart and the 2 custards came cold and seperate. I was expecting them to come together and warm.
