The staff may be polite because of the area! Thinking dixy being in kings heath would have some sort of hygiene on food items. I ordered a combo box for 6.49 which contained a chicken breast, a thigh piece, 3 niblets, and a sizzler chicken strip, all with fries and a small drink. The thigh piece was rancid it really smelt bad, the whole box smelt bad on opening. Confronted the guy on the problem, he threw it straight in the bin knowing it was bad before serving the food. I walked out thinking no worries not coming back here and I've got the upper hand on the reviews warning people. Times are hard for loads of people, avoid this place if you don't want to be ripped off.

Dont sell the usual fries other branches do, was chips not nice. Chicken wasnt the best. Service was good food wasnt.
