We visited this place the other day and we decided to try this place for the first time. Everything seemed okay until for Goodness sake, the music? Someone kept increasing the volume up and down, I don't know If they were vibing to the music or their favourite song started playing but why was it going up and down like my stomach after this disgusting meal? So we waited for a good amount of time for the food to be made. And then once on our table the chips were very nice and the sauce. But then we went onto the burgers. There was no flavour in each patty in the burger and the other stuff that was inside did not taste anything as described... We each ordered a seperate burger each but they all tasted the same and bland... But anyways, we still tried to have a good meal but that didn't work out. I think the person that seasons the patties for the burgers needs to either be fired or get his priorties straight. Because they have no idea how to season the burger to a good standard. I am not trying to rant nor anything, the food isn't 'cheap' we expected something good for what we paid. This hurt me hurt. So I hope things can improve, although doubtful. Waited roughly 45 mins for a burger. Went to see what was going on, they had lost my reciepet in the process and nothing was made. In total waited 60 mins for a simple burger meal. I understand a takeaway being busy, overrun with orders, but then there's incompetence. The amount of mistakes I saw being made to other people's food around me was astonishing.
