Edwards Bar and Restaurant

Why one star! Where do I start. Four things. 1.On entering this empty restaurant the one member of staff was sweeping the floor. This was obviously much more important than engaging with customers and we were made to wait until the floor was clear. 2. Eventually when we ordered from the menu our fisrt choice wasn't available. 3. Nor was there any decaf coffee or tea (these were on the menu). 4. This conversation had to conducted with having to shout over someone else's horrible choice of very loud music. We left and spent our 20 somewhere else. Never again. Such a shame, this used to be such a nice place.

Went for lunch there today. Food was delicious and you get a a very good portion. staff very helpful and friendly . Definitely recommend

Tea for tea Great value for money. The customer service was excellent. Food is outstanding. Venue excellent highly recommend it

My husband and I had a afternoon tea today at Edwards restaurant Erdington and the staff were very pleasant,attentive & helpful. Very pleasant ambience. The food was very fresh good choice and plenty. On leaving because my husband does not eat cheese they replaced that with sausage rolls but they handed me a box with slices if quiche I thought that was a lovely gesture. We can recommend it to be tried, we will return Thank you Edwards staff you made our visit very pleasant
