        Called Mick 08/01/2019 regarding my lg American style fridge freezer which wouldn't switch on, he asked if I'd checked the fuse which I had, he then asked had I tried plugging it in to a different plug socket which I hadn't, when I did it came on. Saved me 40.00 call out, A really very helpful chap. Thank you Mick
