I've known Sarah for a number of years and working with her has always been an absolute pleasure. Although I have recruited for various positions over the last decade or so using different methods I have not used a recruitment agent before dealing with Culture. Sarah and her colleagues could not have made the entire recruitment process any more simple and painless. From understanding the company and role, while taking a genuine invested interest in both, to helping with the listing and filtering the applicants. Sarah even helped with the initial interview stage to give her expert insight. I could not recommend dealing with Sarah and Culture enough, I would not dream of working with another recruitment agent unless absolutely necessary. Sarah's communication skills are second to none, she is fast, efficient and is genuinely passionate about what she does and the clients that she helps.

Leanne was fantastic from start to finish, her initial contact with me was not pushy, from that stage she had constant contact with myself and my new employer, even now i have started Leanne is still is contact to make sure that everything is how it was described and put forward in the interview process.

Leanne found a great opening at LeakBot Ltd which was perfect for me. She helped with my prep for the interview and phoned multiple times before to ensure I was ready and multiple times after to discuss how I thought it went. Sarah helped us with our search on Head of Marketing here at Wise. From the get go, Sarah was fully invested in to our company, culture & values. This allowed her to attract the highest level of candidates to be put through the interview process.
