My experience for the most part was positive from initial application to conversation with the company director Dan. I did have to chase up the second stage part of the interview, however the recruitment agency's response was swift and supportive. Dan offered constructive advice regarding updating my CV and we both had an open and honest conversation about my professional experiences, personal attributes and also the company's ethos and values, in relation to caring for the clients. Dan clearly has a wealth of knowledge of the industry, which would benefit any employee recruited to the company. Good company for individuals looking to work with a specific client base and to achieve their potential and career aspirations.

Impacting Lives is such a wonderful Company to work for. From the first interview, I knew this was a place for me. My goal in life has always been to make a positive impact on some one else's life and this opportunity seemed like a perfect match.
