Best recruitment agency Ive worked with. They really care and treat candidates like humans and not just a piece of paper from the CV. First understanding your background and experience, listening to what youre looking for in your next role, and then offering you positions that fit your requirements. I worked with Tony Slattery and it was a pleasure, he knows a lot about the Finance and Accountancy area, gives all the support during the recruitment process, helping you prepare for interviews and was always available when I needed to talk. David and Paul have created something very unique for the market at Churchill Howard. It's a company that really does as they claim to, not labelling client and candidates rather building long lasting relationships with those in their market. They constantly think long term rather than short and it pays dividends in an industry that often does the reverse. David is key to creating an enjoyable failsafe culture that was key for me not only enjoying my time there but hitting targets as well. He is very aware of the pressure that consultants can be under in this sector and works hard to ensure that CH does not apply the same pressure, building the team with positivity rather than negativity. Those that enjoy what they are doing will always do it well, and CH is testament to this.
