        Extremely Poor Service. After attending two interviews arranged through this company received no follow up despite numerous emails, telephone calls and text. As a recruitment company supposedly working on your behalf I would expect to be able to receive some performance feedback after interview especially as it was promised.

        I have used recruitment boutique for over 5 years now. Previously I had used caterer adverts and some recruitment agents but I have found this approach to work best for us as a managed pub/restaurant group. It is very easy to post a job and then applicants are filtered by their team before coming to you for review. You can work with their team to feedback on applications coming through and more finally tweak to your requirements. I have found a number of suitable applicants from Sous chefs to General managers. The system is not expensive to use if you buy blocks of adverts from them and unlike the caterer you do not have to use them in a limited time window. Thoroughly recommended!
