        Booked a storage unit here, got an email that specifically said no appointment was needed to come get my unit. When I got there, it looked pretty run down with no obvious entrance, so I called, and the man on the phone told me I couldnt complete my booking without an appointment, and refused to let me in

        Their team moved my stuff into storage there. They said it would be protected with furniture covers but none were used. The place in digbeth is damp and needs pulling down. And I believe I was overcharged and my things not moved with care. I would not recommend admiral.
