The most down to earth pub ever. You get an experience that money cant buy from the atmosphere within the pub. In the winter months there is a beautiful open fire, summer months there are a few benches outside with umbrellas if required. We travel a 300 mile round trip each week to visit the pub which has childhood friends which are more like family. It is not a luxury pub but a no frills down to earth place great clientele and super licensee, ,manager and bar staff. We totally love the place, people and atmosphere. One that cant be replaced or recreated.
