We approached Ian when my husband was experiencing some difficulties. Ian has taught us about mindfulness, listening and owning emotions and helped us to learn several coping mechanisms and tools to avoid similar situations. We could not recommend him very highly.

I approached Ian when my life had fallen apart because of my denial that I had an addiction. Through a mixture of listening, challenging and encouraging, Ian helped me undergo an exercise of self reflection to understand what the root causes were to my problem, how to recognise the triggers and what to do should they happen again. I have still lost everything I had before, but I now have a stronger foundation on which to build my new life. Thank you Ian - I carry you with me as I continue on my new journey.
