        I have been working with Adil from Openforwards for more than 12 months now, and it is the best decision I have made in a long time. Even though I didn't really feel I 'needed' to see anyone for my mental health, I have benefitted a lot from my sessions. I would recommend this to anyone who want to take their mental well-being more seriously; just like going to the gym.

Also more precision in terms of working with processes of change and acceptance. I have seen a major shift in how clients learn and understand their difficulties as a result.
