Ive been seeing Jane for a little over a year and I cant explain how much her sessions have helped me. Ive had depression, anxiety and an eating disorder and the therapy and tools she has worked with me through have taken me from a place I never thought Id get out of. I cant thank her enough and highly recommend

Therapy with Jane was life-changing , she was non-judgemental, empathic and compassionate at all times. She provided a safe space to be open and honest and helped me to understand myself a bit better. Jane helped me to be kinder to myself and gain the confidence to do things I had avoided doing up until now. I would definitely recommend to all!

Jane was a caring councillor. She took time to listen & remember the things that we discussed. She always remembered the names of people that I mentioned, and would refer to them by their names rather than just 'your X'. She made my concerns seem valid and gave the impression that she really cared about them and how they were affecting me. She was always organised with appointments, and sent reminder emails to ensure it all ran smoothly. She followed up with more info/resources when she said she was going to, which I really appreciate.
