One of my friends recommend Kay and I felt more assured going to see her, did not expect that she would be so kind towards me and help me through my trauma, she really dos understand thing's other don't, I feel listened to. I would recommend her to everyone, you need to try it for at least a few months, because as Kay says it does get worse before it get's better, but that's because we have to have some uncomfortable conversations about history and things that have happened, well she wans't wrong, it did get better!

I wish i had done this sooner, this entire process was easier than i thought. change does take time and it took me a while to star trusting Kay but when I did, things started to fall into place!

Really appreciate the help and patience had for me, I feel like I really got to the root of problems that had carried on for years, wish I'd done it sooner, and we still have catch up sessions time to time.
