My mattress has collapsed, the bathroom is mouldy and there is no internet. Thanks. Update: Ive now been charged 200 for a new mattress at the end of my tenancy despite flagging it weeks after moving in as an issue. Imagine raising issues, being ignored then told that your issues did not validate any action. Then at the end of the tenancy all the things that apparently were not issues suddenly validating replacements and a claim put in against my deposit. I now have to go through an appeal process with dps. In regards to the internet going down, this was only resolved after all 5 tenants refused to pay rent for 1 month. This was because we were ignored for weeks. Its disgusting service. Do not rent from Genie homes at all costs.

These guys took over from a different letting agency 3 1/2 years into my tenancy, never had a problem with the previous agents but these guys are terrible and I'm likely to move earlier than I would've done as a result. 'Computer says no' attitude to everything, even when all that's needed is a screwdriver. If you've got any other options for a letting agent, then I would strongly recommend choosing them instead.

Very smooth process being able to reserve for a potential property. Any queries I had were always answered. If my key point of contact was on annual leave, I would receive quick communication and support from another member of staff.
