Dont even bother wasting your time with this estate agents. It is my first time renting a property, so I enquired about a flat that I had seen on zoopla. The lady booked me in and I turned up to the viewing only to be left standing outside for 20 minutes. I gave them a call to see what was going on and the lady informed me that the property wasnt even accepting viewings and she told me lady I had spoken too previously shouldnt have even booked me in for a viewing. She apologised and said that when the flat was vacant they would make sure I had a viewing. It finally came to the point where the flat was vacant and I decided I would give them a ring to just remind them about giving me a viewing, only to be told that it wasnt available anymore and had already been let. This was disheartening as its my first time letting a property and they made my first experience terrible. Dont bother wasting your time as Ive now heard from plenty of others that they are time wasters. Wish I never bothered in the first place

Best people I have ever rented from. Any issues are dealt with asap, they are friendly and helpful and they will do what they can to support you. I would highly recommend Sam Lawrence and Co. I am certainly glad we rented our flat through them.
