Avoid avoid this company. They are braking the law . Taking fees that they shouldn't. Giving me wrong type of contract to avoid protecting my deposit. I can't wait to take them to court .

The worst service imaginable. Please steer clear. They do not care for their clients, take weeks to respond, fail to apply basic common sense and have zero empathy for anyone in a chain. Bad beyond belief. Oh, and not even cheap.

This is the worst estate agency ever. Everytime we had a problem in the apartment (shower not working, stoves not working, etc) they took ages to fix it, and they always try not to for months. They raised our rent last month and we had to move out. They demanded a cleaning fee (the apartment was clean when we left) AND they are now saying that we have an unpaid council tax bill of 1500 and as such they won't give us back our deposit, however, both me and my flatmate are PhD students and we have never had to pay council tax. Please do yourself a favour and find another letting agency.

Words cant explain how bad these people are at valuing a house, HSBC instructed these people to value our property (borrowing more due to loft conversion) they valued out property over the phone at 270k which is about right looking at what other houses on the street are selling/sold at. We live on a 7 year old new build estate which is quite different to surrounding areas. The rude lady (I have to call her lady as she never introduced herself) appeared at our door, when outside the property she made nothing but horrible comments about how the house looked and the garden size, she refused to look at any part of the house other than the kitchen (which she took a photo) and the bathroom, she merely popped her head around the door to my large living room and pulled a face. She began to draw a floorplan of my house (which I noticed on her tablet) with triangular shaped rooms for my bathroom?? I intervened and said I have already had a architect/structural engineer draw up plans for my loft conversion they also have floor plans that u can use? She took one glance and said I have everything I need. Made a few nasty comments about having a flat roof (inevitable with any DROMA conversion!) made comments about how steep our roof was (untrue as plans say different) and then mumbled some comments when I asked, Im sorry what was that? She replied with a smile, you dont need the space its okay as it is After this visit I looked on trust piolet and saw these other reviews and knew I had been targeted too. Then the valuation came back at 80k less, absolutely shocking deliberately down valued and I cancelled my mortgage application, congratulations Countrywide as it takes too long to contest.

Moved into a flat in acocks green, was given no information about how anything worked. Like where the bins were, how the electric was paid, when bills come out etc. Then when we moved in we were given one set of keys even though we asked for two, and no fob to actually get in the building. After ringing constantly to ask mulitple questions this company told us that they were no longer dealing with the building I'm in. They won't even tell us who the new landlords are because apparently the new landlords haven't finalized a deal yet. A bit of pre warning about this before we moved in would've been great. And maybe a welcome pack to help us settle in to the new flat. Instead were left to figure it out by ourselves. We moved in halfway through this month and I feel like we should have the first month refunded. Absolute joke
