These guys are unbelivable cowboys, do not use them if you are students. They will take your deposit, guaranteed. They also appear randomly in the house without any notice or your permission. We've had random people turn up at our property asking to be let in because Sheraz has said it is ok for them to stop in our lounge and come home to find random people in the house. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

I was renting different houses from Sheraz for couple years. He is always doing an extra mile for his tenants and i really apreciate all help from him! If we had any problems that smth was not working in the house he was always happy to sort it for us. I will highly reccommed him and euro property management as a reliable and high qaulity service agency!

I have been so delighted to deal with Sheraz and EPM over the past 5+ years. Sheraz is a very hardworking and genuine person i have known. I can guarantee that he works with 100% loyalty towards all he's clients. I am always at ease and peace of mind when dealing with EPM as I am certain that all property handling, tenants contracts and maintenance issues etc are dealt with to a very high standard. Sheraz is always very professional in he's approach and comes across very polite and good mannered. I would always recommend EPM to my friends and family as I have never had any problems with them and would like others to benefit from their services, in the same way as me!!! Keep up the good work and thanks very much for all your good work:)

These guys provided a very good level of service from check in to check out, no problems at all, will use them again if renting in Birmingham again.
