    They're the best at what they do. I recently rented a property through them, they are very quick and concerned about your likings. I recieved a hassle-free move in and didn't had to worry out anything, moving in experience was just the best. We got into a bit of issue where the property was let-agreed with someone else as well but the letting agent Simone helped me through every step of the way and secured the property for me as I paid the deposit first. After that everything was hassel-free and I didn't had to worry about tenecy agreement or nor the DPS, as everything was given at the right time.

    Monique was lovely when I first got the keys to my flat, she was happy to answer any questions I had and if there were ever any issues, she got straight to it. I remember when we first moved in we had an issue with our boiler which needed multiple visits, and Monique sorted it right out for me! When it came to leaving the tennancy though, it was a different story. It seems the minute you stop sending them money, they lose all interest in you. I left my flat on the 28th of November 2022. Now I understood that some remedial work was needed to be done to the flat due to a flooding issue that happened when we lived there. I fixed all the flooding issues with money out of my own pocket, so it was just a small amount of decoration work that needed doing in which I advised Luke Mildenhall, if he can take it from my deposit. I have left this flat 4 MONTHS AGO, not a peep has been said about my deposit until TODAY even though I have asked multiple times for even an update because Luke told me they needed to survey the apartment. I have had to chase this up over and over again to try and get an answer, with promises of help, then nothing. Luke promised me Matt will update you today then low and behold a week later, absolutely nothing. Not one call from the team to see if my move went smoothly, or any updates at all. If it was anything to do with their money, I can guarantee it would be sorted out right away. The principal is not how much money of my deposit was left, it was the radio silence about close to 1000 of my money. The professionalism of this company is a joke. Avoid this place if you want money that rightfully belongs to you back, cause they wont give it back for months
