We are really grateful of the hard graft you all put into putting our property back to a home. An even better one! Your professional manner and your great clean up after care. Extremely poor work in every single aspect. New floor fitted in kitchen was left with bubbles, dried adhesive on the floor covering and large cuts made with a Stanley knife in the very centre of the room on the flooring. Upon complaint it took weeks to get it sorted, very poor and rude communication from the managing staff member. When they finally came to re fit the flooring weeks later the chap who came round decided he wasn't capable of doing it. Again we had to wait. Another company eventually came to fit it, who did an excellent job. All trades came round again today to take a bit off the bottom of the kitchen door, the door has been left with jagged cuts, isn't level and the wood is badly splintered along the bottom and sides. Looks like it's been hacked at with a hand saw. Do not recommend All Trades to anyone.
