WHY EVEN BOTHER? Pathetic and beyond lazy. The amount of times I tried to call this place to attempt to even get in contact with someone over the last few day, why even bother at this point. So many phone calls, that were never answered, at different points in the day/morning. No ring backs, and stuff when did answer, didn't seem to care to be quite honest.

Awful service. Signed a contract for a flat we should have moved into over the next few weeks. Was then later told that the current tenant would like to recind their notice so unfortunately we couldnt have it anymore. We had signed a contract, paid a holding deposit all for nothing. Customer service was awful by the property manager Paul Sherrington. Basically said these things happen - sought legal advice and they told us the opposite. His reply to that was I think theyre wrong? Disgrace to be honest. Rented with them through manchetser and never had any issues.

Enquiring about this place has been a total nightmare, very horrible experience. Their selection process is so unfair and bias. They tend to be very picky. Despite indicating interest severely, with a good paying job and well educated professional. Unfair selection process. Im always among the first set of person to enquire and indicate interest, I keep burning gas going there, despite all these Ive not been considered. Ive even offered to pay 6 months in advance. Customer service is also really poor. Also met this guy named Paul who was saying things that were so unreasonable and indirectly trying to tell me to get lost. Im really disappointed in the inhuman service received from the leasing team at this property. Rather than a first come, first serve basis. It is a who they like and choose basis and it is really sad.
