WORK HARD FOR POOR WAGES. VERY HIGH TURN OVER OF STAFF. NO SUPPORT NO TRAINING NO INFRASTRUCTURE OR ORGANISATION, THEN THIS IS THE PERFECT WORK ENVIRONMENT FOR YOU. THOSE OF YOU WHO VALUE YOURSELF PASS BY DON'T STOP!!

I'm giving 5 stars for my ex - support worker alone, Cath Swallow. She went above and beyond to help me out of the rut that I'd managed to get myself in. I have now moved out of the accommodation but that is only thanx to everything she did for me. She helped with my financial worries... I was in shock when she managed to squash the two grand debt I had with the council. She also helped me when it came to my health issues...n I have a lot of those! She even came to visit me in hospital,on the other side of Birmingham,during rush hour traffic the day before Christmas Eve. Cath is as down to earth as they come,u can really talk to her on the level. She doesn't judge, she's not condescending and I found it so easy to open up to her and I've always found that really difficult to do with "official" people. Fr, it's just like sitting down 4 a cuppa with one of ur mates but she does get things done and she knows what she's on about. I do miss her now I no longer live in one of the houses that she looks after but I wouldn't be where I am now...moving on with my life n a lot healthier also, if it wasn't 4 her.
