I have used the company, Peter Cox, twice now for two different issues on my early 19th century home. I will always recommend them. Everyone that I have dealt with from the lovely Caitlin in the office to Sam the surveyor and the teams that have come out to to the work have been brilliant, patient and clear. They have, of course, sorted the issues and I am confident that my building is solid and safe. Many thanks to Jamie and Adam for this last piece of work. I must mention, too, the scaffolding company that came out to erect the scaffolding and dismantle it exactly when they were supposed to. Super quick and efficient in some hideous weather. Used Peter Cox to rectify a number of rising damp issues to my rental property in Bristol. Great communication from start with original surveyor, through to the completed job. My property manager & tenant confirmed work had been carried out to a high standard and the team were very tidy and professional.
