I have been renting a property off this estate agents since November 2020 they did there very best to get me in the property in Smethwick before all the lock downs happened they've fixed what has needed to be fixed on the property when I have phoned them and they have been polite and professional the whole time

They will take your money, they will change their mind and they will not give you your money back. Avoid at any cost. If their is any one who cares to give my money back please contact me. I have tried million times.

I wanted to buy flat from you Claremont group at solihull Heights Birmingham. You said yes to the offer, I paid deposit and got a lawyer and the mortgage l. after three months, the week of exchange, you changed your mind. This was 3 weeks before my marriage. You changed your mind because you think you can make more money after Brexit,, so whyyyyyyyy did you post the flat for sale. Why wasting my time and my money ?? Why?? I lost 1500 lawyer fees. I had to get married in a rented room. My wife had cried because of you and returned the ferniture, which we couldn't return all ( we can sell you some if you want ) You have caused me enough harm. Now I have been requesting my deposit back from Mandy and I can't get it. It is been forever. I really hope you take this seriously, I have had enough harm from you. You need to send the deposit back.

An inspiring and very proactive company who never fail to deliver n exceptional service every time. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend them
