At height of COVID we only wanted a 2 year contract with a review and was told only do 5 year contracts.
Tenants on Western business park told us they only asked for 2 year contract and got it.
With cost of everything rising we took decision after 2 year's trading to close business,yet western trading expect us to still trade even with us not making profit and still demand rent from us.
Avoid western trading group at all times.
