A truly awful company to deal with. Lies upon lies. These people cannot be trusted. I purchased in the Moseley Gardens development. Prosperity lied about absolutely everything and their only concern is to extract as much money as possible before you go down the legal route. Development was built 3.5 years later than originally agreed (5.5 years after taking money) and the standard of it is absolutely shocking! Trust pilot gives a more accurate reflection from customers of Prosperity and how bad they are. So many horror stories I cannot understand how they are still in business. Just make sure that you take the positive reviews with a pinch of salt when you see the reviewers have only ever left 1 review of anything! Do not buy with Prosperity, you have been warned!

Avoid this company at all costs, its a fraudulent company. I was transferring payments of 1500 a month from 2019 & was told Id need to do this for 20 months, then after the 20 months I can get a mortgage on the remainder of the amount for the property that was being built. After 10 months I was told I need to pay the remainder balance now or I would lose money I have sent them which is exactly what happened as I was unable to raise the capital in the unrealistic timeframe. Im now down 30K with nobody acting responsible for this, I have been highly stressed & ill for the last 3 years worrying about my money lost.

Review from HOWZ Limited, (I shall attach the signed contract as well, if you deny knowing me!) I was introduced Peter Richardson @ Prosperity by my friend Ravi who was sold an un-mortgageable property. Many surveyors declined even visiting the flat due to different construction type. My money was locked and they would not refund, they instead asked me to buy some other house. As I didnt have a choice I bought a property, a 1 bedroom flat for 125K where 3 bedrooms are selling at 90K, they forced me. Since 1 year, I spent 2 months "RENT" on repairs from oven, lock, rubbish, electric meters swapped between flats, boiler issues and more. Peter called me again and again many times to strike another deal, during some "weak moment" or to get rid of his calls, I dont know, I agreed to buy another property, Its my COMPLETE stupidity. I paid 33,000+ till date. (I have been in India due to my father health issues) In June Peter sent me a message on WhatsApp that the prices have increased and I need to watch some video. I briefly watched the video and decided NOT to progress as I need to pay 17K more than contractual agreed price. I sent a email to request / refund my money, he said, it will be just the amount without interest. I just wanted out, so I said OK. Peter later on sent another WhatsApp msg, saying the increase it just around 4250 and not 17K. Again, its my error in judgment, I should have backed off, I said, OK in WhatsApp. For which Peter asked me to reply in an email. I sent an email to Peter saying I am OK with reviewed amount. Later admin team sent me an email confirming the reviewed amount is 17,000+ !!!! I sent a message in WhatsApp to Peter that he quoted me incorrect amount, he said he would come back to me etc. I had stopped my instalments as I didnt wish to progress. As I was in India with my family, I was not upto date, recently Peter sent a msg saying they are going to default me as I didnt make monthly payment since June. I told him that I dont WISH to progress but they are saying an email confirming my acceptance of reviewed amount is binding contract etc. I disagree and sent them email saying that I didnt sign any contract with REVIEWED amount and I no longer wish to progress as all this seem DODGY. If I dont get my money in next 7 days then I shall progress with MCOL and later employ solicitors. I DONT TRUST THEM even if they sell the house with original contract price.
