        SCAM Be aware! Charged 180 pounds just to say that the printer require parts for another 400 pounds. They tried to sell us another printer on exchange basis. We refused and get the printer repaired by another specialist for 50 pounds and no parts needed. They say your printer is not economic to repair just to take it for free, to fix it quickly and sell to another customer.
